Introducing a New Colleague in the Child Life Program
Madison, Wis. (October 30, 2025) – Irie is a facility dog, expertly trained to work in healthcare, visitation, or educational setting. In Child Life practice, facility dogs work alongside Child Life Specialists as they accompany young patients through difficult procedures or therapies, often providing procedural and, importantly, emotional support.
New Partnership Ensures Nursing Admission for ROTC Cadets
Madison, Wis. (October 21, 2025) – Edgewood University is honored to announce a new partnership with the U.S. Army Cadet Command Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) which guarantees admission into the undergraduate Nursing program. The agreement, which takes effect January 2026, guarantees up to seven qualified cadets will have a place in the Henry Predolin College of Health Sciences Nursing program.
